How We Source Our Items

Every piece in our catalog is carefully sourced through a curated network of trusted sellers, private collectors, and consignment partners. We do not purchase from unauthorized resellers or grey-market channels. Our sourcing process begins with a preliminary review of provenance — including original receipts, dust bags, boxes, and certificates of authenticity where available.

Our Authentication Process

Before any item is listed for sale, it undergoes a rigorous multi-point authentication inspection. Our process includes:

  • Material & Craftsmanship Review — We examine stitching, hardware, leather grain, sole construction, and finishing details against known authentic references for each brand and model.
  • Logo & Branding Verification — Font, placement, embossing, and engraving are checked against brand-specific standards.
  • Serial Numbers & Date Codes — Where applicable, serial numbers, date codes, and factory stamps are verified for consistency with the item's stated production period.
  • Accompanying Accessories — Original boxes, dust bags, care cards, and receipts are inspected and noted in the listing.
  • Photographic Documentation — High-resolution photos are taken of all authentication points and retained in our records.

Any item that does not pass our full authentication process is rejected and never listed for sale.

Condition Grading

We use a transparent condition grading system so you know exactly what to expect when your item arrives.

  • Like New / Unworn — The item shows no signs of wear. It may or may not include original packaging. Ideal for collectors and buyers seeking a near-retail experience.
  • Excellent Pre-Owned — Minimal signs of wear consistent with light use. No visible damage, scuffs, or structural issues. Hardware and materials are in excellent condition.
  • Very Good Pre-Owned — Light wear visible upon close inspection. May include minor surface marks or slight sole wear. Overall appearance remains strong and presentable.
  • Good Pre-Owned — Moderate wear consistent with regular use. Any notable marks or imperfections are clearly described and photographed in the listing.

Our Buyer Guarantee

We stand behind every item we sell. If you receive an item and believe it is not authentic, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will investigate immediately. If our authentication is found to be in error, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
